How long does a new kitchen or wardrobe take?
Your quote shows the timeline. It starts once you approve the final 3D design and finishes, and covers production in our factory and installation.
Do you install, or do I need my own carpenter?
Our own fitters install everything we make, align every door and drawer, and clean up before handing over.
Can I change my design?
Yes. Changes are free until production starts. After that, we will tell you what a change would add in time and cost before going ahead.
Who do I contact if something is damaged or missing?
Call or message us and our service team will arrange a visit. Your quote has the details.
Can I see samples of the finishes?
Yes. Visit our design studio to see and touch laminates, acrylics, lacquers and hardware, or ask us to bring samples to your home measure.
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Yes, and we recommend it. Tell us in the form and we will fix a time to show you around.
Will I get regular updates about my project?
Yes. We keep you updated from design approval through production to installation.
